Method
• Pour the seeds packet into a bowl & mix it with 250ml of boiling water & the melted coconut oil.
• Let it sit for 10 mins.
• Divide into two portions if using a standard baking tray for 60cm oven. Leave as one portion if using a large baking tray for larger 90cm oven.
• Place it on a lined baking tray, with another sheet of baking paper on top. Roll flat & evenly (approx 3mm thick).
• Bake at 150C for 40-45 minutes or until slightly golden.
• Let cool before breaking into desired sized pieces. Best stored in an air tight container.
Makes the equivalent of three 100g packets of pre-made crackers.
